Prove you own a piece of the city

If you hold a spot in Outbid City, you can put a live badge on your own site showing it. The badge reads from the live city — if you get outbid, it stops claiming you own the spot. That is the point: it is proof, not decoration.

Why bother

Two reasons. It is a small, odd, specific detail on your site — "we own a billboard in a 3D city" — and specific details are what people remember and ask about. And it points at your own holding page, which carries your brand, your tagline and your live traffic numbers.
